Nothing Short of Artistry

Not everyone enjoys the endless list of decisions that comes with installing flooring in a new home. It can be stressful and hard to know what’s best for you. What if your rooms won’t measure up to the vision in your head?

But that doesn’t have to be your story. It’s definitely not CJ’s.

“Everything turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined,” said CJ. “There’s absolutely nothing I would change.”

At one point in the selection process, CJ changed her mind about the granite countertops in her kitchen. This meant her kitchen flooring choice would need to be reconfigured, too. She will never forget the moment she saw the kitchen flooring that she fell in love with–a cream-colored tile with gray ribbons.

When asked what she would be most proud to show her guests, she replied, “It would have to be the kitchen and dining area and the foyer; the ceramic flooring is stunning.”

But it wasn’t only FlorHaus’s assortment of beautiful flooring products that impressed CJ. The FlorHaus staff also never ceased to amaze her.

“They were incredibly helpful. They were never too busy to answer my calls and to talk through my questions,” CJ says. “The personnel at FlorHaus have really excellent product knowledge and are keenly interested in helping their customers achieve whatever their goals are.”

What surprised her most was “how everyone involved in the project remembered the particulars,” including the measurement and installation crews.

“Ivan did the installations. He is nothing short of an artist. An absolute perfectionist. He took great pride in his work,” CJ declared. “He was helpful in assisting me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. He had ideas that helped me decide how I wanted the backsplash and the flooring configured.”

Finding exactly what she wanted for the shower and seeing it come to life just how she had pictured it was a highlight for CJ. “What I loved the most was having a vision in my mind and getting assistance from everyone at FlorHaus to create that vision. My expectations were exceeded."

When asked how she would rate the FlorHaus team, CJ exclaimed, “I would say ‘outstanding.’ They work well with their clients and with each other. They are incredibly proficient and organized.”
